Fish pose helps with lower back pain and can help to release stiffness in the neck.
Step 1: Lie flat on the floor and place hands under booty, palms to the ground.
Step 2: Press forearms firmly into the floor on exhale.
Step 3: Inhale, open your chest to the sky with arch in your upper back and lower head to floor
Modifications:
-Legs can be bent or straight depending on your body
- A block can be placed in between shoulders for support
Release with a slow, deep exhale and hugs your knees!
*Fish pose is the counterpose of Shoulder Stand or Plow Pose
